ยจ Call off hours of support - x hours per month Our clients can buy a set number of hours per month which we shall use to provide IT support. We may use these hours to provide regular maintenance to the servers and workstations. If you run out of hours, you will be invoiced for an additional bank of hours. Any un-used hours shall carry over to the following month. We cannot refund any hours that have been banked with us. |
