Our support is provided during business hours only however we shall endeavour to have any issues resolved within 24 hours.
Hosted exchange accounts are charged per mailbox. There will be a setup fee which will depend on number of mailboxes being migrated. Hosted SharePoint includes 3GB of space with 20 users.
